Kaiyodo presents EVA-03, also known as Bardiel, from the Rebuild of Evangelion film series as part of their Evangelion Evolution and Legacy of Revoltech lines. This figure is numbered EV-002 in the Evangelion Evolution series, LR-037 in the Legacy of Revoltech reissue line, and No. 106 in the main Revoltech numbering. Evangelion Shin Gekijouban, known internationally as the Rebuild of Evangelion, is a film series reimagining the original Neon Genesis Evangelion anime. EVA-03 is an Evangelion unit that becomes infected by the Angel Bardiel during a transport operation, turning it against NERV. The infected unit battles EVA-01 in a brutal confrontation that results in EVA-03 being torn apart. This figure captures the unit's distinctive dark coloration and menacing appearance from that pivotal scene. Sculpted by Yamaguchi Katsuhisa, the figure stands approximately 140mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. Originally priced at 4,600 JPY with product code 4537807105202, it was re-released as part of the Legacy of Revoltech line in June 2019.
