Though appearing small and almost harmless compared to his later transformations, this form conceals overwhelming power. Frieza ruthlessly orchestrates the genocide of the Saiyan race and seeks the Dragon Balls to achieve immortality, making him one of the most pivotal villains in the entire franchise.
