Kaiyodo presents Ultraman in Type C form at 1/5 scale, a polystone figure standing approximately 360mm tall. This collectible captures the iconic hero from the original 1966 tokusatsu television series. Ultraman follows the story of Shin Hayata, a member of the Science Special Search Party (SSSP), who merges with the giant being from the Land of Light in Nebula M78 after a tragic accident. Together they defend Earth against kaiju and alien threats. The Type C designation refers to one of the several Ultraman suit designs used during the original series' production, each with subtle differences in the mask and body proportions. Type C is particularly noted among collectors for its refined and classic appearance, representing the hero's look during the later episodes of the show. Manufactured by Kaiyodo, this 1/5 scale cold cast painted figure stands approximately 360mm tall (380mm with stand) and is made from polystone. Ultraman's eyes and Color Timer are molded with translucent material that reflects light. The figure includes a display stand and was shipped in October 2015. It is recommended for collectors age 15 and up.
