MegaHouse's Ultimate Article line delivers an impressive 40cm tall figure of Space Sheriff Gavan, the hero who launched the entire Metal Hero franchise. Standing at 400mm in height, this premium collectible features metallic shine, intricate detailing, and an array of electronic features that bring the character to life. Space Sheriff Gavan was the first installment in the Metal Hero series, a tokusatsu franchise produced by Toei. The series follows the Earth-based assignments of Gavan, a Space Sheriff from the Galactic Union Police who protects the planet from the criminal organization Maku. The figure faithfully reproduces the Combat Suit in all its glory, with meticulous attention to the details of the mask and suit design. The iconic Vacuum Evaporation transformation sequence and the Gavan Dynamic final attack are both referenced through the figure's electronic features. This Ultimate Article figure stands 400mm tall and is constructed from ABS, PVC, and LED components. It features 25 LED lights positioned throughout the body and includes two sound and light settings. The first plays the instrumental battle theme with synchronized lighting on the Laser Scope and Dimension Controller, while the second plays the Gavan Dynamic climax music with the Laser Blade illuminated. An optional arm part allows display in the final attack pose, and both a Laser Blade and standard blade are included. Two base stickers feature either the Space Sheriff Gavan or Galactic Union Police logos. The retail price is ¥43,450 including tax.
