About this figure

Produced by Kaiyodo, this Nicholas D. Wolfwood figure is the Bloody variant from the Trigun series. Sculpted by Asai (APSY) Masaki and made from PVC, the figure was priced at 3,600 JPY. Nicholas D. Wolfwood, also known as Nicholas the Punisher, is a major character in Trigun, a sci-fi western set on a desert planet. A traveling priest who wields the Punisher, a massive cross-shaped weapon that symbolizes the sins he carries on his shoulders, Wolfwood is a deeply contradictory figure. Raised in an orphanage, he became a skilled gunman whose pragmatic and pessimistic worldview clashes sharply with the pacifist ideals of the series protagonist, Vash the Stampede. Wolfwood believes that in a world dominated by humans, people are forced to choose who to kill and that true peace is impossible without sacrifice. Despite his cold exterior, Wolfwood genuinely cares for those around him, particularly Milly Thompson, and never kills without risking his own life. The Bloody variant of this figure depicts Wolfwood in a battle-worn state, reflecting the violent reality of his existence.
