Konpaku Youmu is a character from the Touhou Project, a series of doujin bullet hell shoot-em-up games created by ZUN (Team Shanghai Alice). Youmu serves as the gardener and swordswoman of the Netherworld, working under the ghost princess Yuyuko Saigyouji. She is a half-human, half-phantom hybrid, accompanied by her phantom half which floats alongside her. Known for her exceptional swordsmanship and dedication to her duties, Youmu wields the Roukanken, a katana capable of cutting through almost anything, and the Hakurouken, which can slice through confusion itself. She first appeared as a boss in Perfect Cherry Blossom and has since become one of the most popular characters in the franchise.
