Ques Q presents Kirisame Marisa from Touhou Project in a Kourindou version, standing approximately 170mm tall and crafted from ABS and PVC. The figure was sculpted by I-con, an experienced Touhou Project figure sculptor, alongside 920-3, and was priced at 13,800 JPY. Marisa Kirisame is one of the most iconic characters in the Touhou Project, a series of bullet-hell shoot-'em-up games created by the solo developer ZUN under the circle name Team Shanghai Alice. Marisa is an ordinary human magician who compensates for her lack of innate supernatural ability through relentless hard work, borrowing and collecting powerful magical artifacts. She is known for her brash personality, her signature black-and-white outfit, her magic bamboo broom, and her devastating "Master Spark" spell. This Kourindou version specifically draws from the side story Touhou Kourindou ~ Curiosities of Lotus Asia, which explores Marisa's visits to Rinnosuke Morichika's antique shop. The figure depicts Marisa mid-air on her broom, with detailed attention to the ruching of her blouse, the bows and lace of her outfit, and her signature blonde braid.
