The figure depicts Lily standing on her bare feet with one on tiptoes, her blue and white-tipped orca tail descending from her waist. She wears a blue mini-skirt with a white stripe and scalloped hem, along with a white and blue school uniform top hanging off her left shoulder. Blue markings accent her face and body, and a blue choker with a gold orca pendant adorns her neck.
