Oniri Creations, in collaboration with Hive, presents this impressive EVA-00 Kai statue from the landmark anime series Shin Seiki Evangelion (Neon Genesis Evangelion). The EVA-00 is the first functional Evangelion unit, piloted by the First Child, Rei Ayanami. This statue depicts Unit-00 in its blue configuration, wielding the Spear of Longinus against an Angel in outer space, a dramatic moment from the series. Evangelion, created by Hideaki Anno, follows the story of teenagers piloting giant biomechanical mechs to defend Tokyo-3 from mysterious beings called Angels, with deep psychological and philosophical themes woven throughout. Oniri Creations worked with precise references and instructions from the licensors, including official paint colors from Gaia Notes, to ensure accuracy down to the smallest details. The statue stands approximately 580mm tall and weighs 46.69kg, depicting Unit-00 towering above the devastated buildings of Tokyo-3. Sculpted by Pierre-Marie Albert, Logan Lebailly, and Kevin Ferrer, this limited edition is restricted to only 350 copies and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Each piece is hand-painted.
