Taito presents a Coreful figure of Kato Megumi from Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata, also known as Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend. This Heroine Fuku version was released as a Taito Online Crane limited edition in March 2021, standing approximately 200mm tall and made from ABS and ATBC-PVC materials. Saekano follows Tomoya Aki, an otaku who sets out to create a dating sim game with the help of several girls in his school's circle. Kato Megumi is the titular "boring girlfriend"—a classmate of Tomoya's who initially lacks any standout traits but is chosen as the model for the game's heroine. Despite her plain demeanor, Megumi's subtle expressions and dry, understated personality gradually make her one of the most compelling characters in the series, often stealing scenes with her deadpan observations. The Coreful line by Taito is a prize figure series known for offering surprisingly good sculpting and paint quality at an affordable price point.
