She is the elder twin sister of Souseiseki, and together they tended the orchard and rose garden in the Miniature Garden where the dolls first lived. Suiseiseki is distinguished by her heterochromia — a red right eye and green left eye — and her long auburn hair worn with a white bonnet. Though described by Shinku as the most timid of the sisters and initially distrustful of humans, she is deeply mischievous and caring beneath her abrasive exterior, particularly toward Jun Sakurada and her twin Souseiseki.
