Rem is a maid of the Roswaal mansion and one of the central characters in Re:Zero, a series that follows Subaru Natsuki, a young man transported to a fantasy world where he discovers he can return from death at specific save points. Rem and her twin sister Ram serve the Roswaal household, with Rem harboring deep feelings for Subaru after he saves her from despair. The Yuki Onna or snow woman theme dresses Rem in a winter-inspired outfit, and the Pearl version adds a lustrous pearlescent finish to the figure's color scheme, distinguishing it from standard releases in the Super Special Series line.
