Volks presents KAITO as a Dollfie Dream release at 1/3 scale, bringing the beloved Piapro character into the world of high-end customizable dolls. Standing approximately 60cm tall and crafted from soft vinyl, this premium release was part of Volks' Limited DD Pre-Order Project, retailing at 72,000 JPY. KAITO is one of the virtual singers created by Crypton Future Media, collectively known as Piapro characters alongside Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin and Len, Megurine Luka, and MEIKO. These vocal synthesizer characters have connected creatives worldwide through peer-production, inspiring countless original songs, illustrations, and collaborative works across the Vocaloid community since their inception. Sculpted by iXima and Zoukei-mura, the Dollfie Dream line combines the aesthetic appeal of figures with the articulation and customization of dolls. Owners can change outfits, wigs, and even exchange body parts and eyes, making each KAITO a unique expression of its owner's creativity. The made-to-order nature of this project ensured all pre-orders were fulfilled.
