About this figure

This figure depicts Edward Newgate, better known as Whitebeard, from the One Piece Burning Blood franchise. Produced by Banpresto under Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., this Grave Stone edition is part of the Burning Blood Marineford Collector Version series, commemorating one of the most pivotal story arcs in One Piece history. Edward Newgate, the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates, was one of the most powerful pirates in the One Piece world and a former member of the Rocks Pirates. Known as the "Strongest Man in the World," he possessed the devastating Gura Gura no Mi (Tremor-Tremor Fruit), capable of creating massive earthquakes. The Marineford arc centers on the Paramount War, where Whitebeard led his fleet to Marineford to rescue his adopted son Portgas D. Ace from execution, culminating in one of the series' most emotional and consequential battles. The figure stands approximately 150mm tall and is presented in the Grave Stone version styling, reflecting the somber themes of the Marineford storyline.
