Ioryogi, whose real name is Iorogi (meaning "500 gods"), is a being from Other World—a realm coexisting with the Netherworld and Heavenly World. He serves as Kobato's partner and mascot, typically appearing as a dog stuffed toy. Despite his small form, Ioryogi belonged to aristocracy in his world and was respected enough that he could have become king. He playfully taunts Kobato by calling her "Dobato" (stupid dove) due to her clumsiness, yet remains dedicated to helping her complete her mission.
