Kamen Rider Shin Nigo, also known as New 2, is the form taken by Hayato Ichimonji upon his return from Nanki. This upgraded version granted him enhanced capabilities to the extent of surviving the effects of a nuclear bomb unharmed. He earned the title "Power of #2" (Chikara no Nigō), a designation that was later passed on to Kamen Rider V3. His suit features signature elements including the Typhoon belt, Converter Lung, and Converter Wing, with ability parameters including a punching power of 3.5 tons, kicking power of 10 tons, and a Rider Kick delivering 30 tons of force.
