This 1/8 scale figure of Laura Bodewig from IS: Infinite Stratos is produced by Wave as part of their DreamTech LingerieStyle Series in an Animaru! Limited Ver. Standing approximately 195mm tall, the figure is made from PVC with some ABS components and was sculpted by Zuiko. It was released in June 2016 as a limited sale item through the TBS anime official online store Animaru! IS: Infinite Stratos is set in a world where exoskeleton suits called Infinite Stratos can only be piloted by women, with protagonist Ichika Orimura being the sole male exception. Laura Bodewig is a German IS cadet and a member of the Schwarzer Hase special forces, known for her eyepatch and initially antagonistic but gradually warming personality toward Ichika. The DreamTech series features a neck joint system with a ball joint connection at the base of the neck, allowing for richer and more attractive facial expressions. This limited edition version was sold exclusively through the Animaru! store, making it a more exclusive collectible within the Infinite Stratos figure lineup.
