Rei is a master of Nanto Suichō Ken, the South Dipper Waterfist style, and is known as the Star of Righteousness. His fighting style mimics the graceful movements of a water bird, concealing lethal precision behind fluid elegance. Rei's storyline is driven by his desperate search for his kidnapped sister Airi, leading him to form a deep bond and eventual alliance with the series protagonist Kenshiro.
