Milinda Brantini is an Elite First Lieutenant in the Legitimacy Kingdom's 37th Mobile Maintenance Battalion, piloting the Object known as Baby Magnum—an all-terrain weapons platform. Famous under the alias "Elite Princess," Milinda is a 14-year-old prodigy whose long-term exposure to the Object's infra-red input laser has given her distinctive light sky blue eyes. Described by her companion Quenser as a "kind but weird girl," she maintains belief in morale and good-luck charms despite the impersonal nature of modern warfare in her world. She harbors romantic feelings for Quenser and possesses a somewhat sheltered view of life beyond piloting.
