SEGA's Premium Master figure of Hatsune Miku is based on her appearance in the Project Diva Arcade rhythm game. Standing approximately 190mm tall, this officially licensed figure captures the virtual idol in one of her many iconic game outfits. Hatsune Miku is a singing synthesizer application with a female persona, developed by Crypton Future Media using Yamaha's Vocaloid 2 technology. Her name combines the Japanese words for first (hatsu), sound (ne), and future (Miku, normally read as mirai), reflecting her position as the first of Crypton's Character Vocal Series. The Project Diva Arcade game featured Miku and other Vocaloids performing in various costumes across rhythm-based gameplay. Constructed from ABS and PVC, the figure stands roughly 9 inches tall and requires minor assembly. SEGA produced this as a limited and collectible item, sealed inside retail packaging as an officially licensed product.
