Union Creative International Ltd released this Vulcanlog figure of Muto Yugi from the film Gekijouban Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions as the ninth entry in the Vulcanlog product line. Standing approximately 160mm tall, the figure was sculpted by Matsumoto Eiichiro with movement supervision by Yamaguchi Katsuhisa, and is constructed from PVC, ABS, nylon, and POM materials. Yugi Muto is the iconic protagonist of the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, a duelists who wields ancient Egyptian puzzle artifacts and possesses a connection to the spirit of Pharaoh Atem. The Dark Side of Dimensions film takes place after the conclusion of the original series, following Yugi and his friends as they face a new threat from the mysterious Diva while navigating the aftermath of Atem's departure to the afterlife. The figure features 25 points of articulation across 14 joints, four switchable face plates, and three pairs of interchangeable hands. It includes cards that Yugi can hold and depicts him in the school uniform variation he wore during the Duel Disk exhibition scene. Released in June 2016 at 5,800 JPY, it offers extensive posing options for collectors.
