Kotobukiya's Cu-Poche figure line brings Sebastian Michaelis from the Black Butler movie, Book of the Atlantic, to life in a compact, articulated format. As one of the earlier male characters to join the Cu-Poche lineup, Sebastian comes with interchangeable hands and facial expressions, along with his signature cutlery accessories that fans of the series will immediately recognize. Sebastian Michaelis is the demonic butler bound by contract to young Earl Ciel Phantomhive in the Black Butler series. In Book of the Atlantic, the duo investigates a series of suspicious resurrections aboard the luxury liner Campania. Sebastian is known for his unwavering loyalty, inhuman combat prowess, and his catchphrase about being 'one hell of a butler.' His tendency to wield silverware as deadly weapons is a recurring motif throughout the franchise, making the included cutlery accessories a fitting touch. Standing at approximately 110mm tall, this Cu-Poche figure is sculpted from ABS, PVC, POM, and magnet materials by Ming-Chi Chiu and Nakamura Hirotoshi. The magnetic joints allow for a wide range of posing options. Originally priced at 4,860 JPY, the figure was released in January 2017 to coincide with the film's theatrical run.
