Despite her supernatural origins and intimidating appearance, Celty is surprisingly down-to-earth, often communicating through text messages on her mobile phone. She works as an underground courier while searching for her missing head, navigating the complex web of Ikebukuro's gang conflicts, supernatural occurrences, and eccentric residents. The figure includes accessories such as her signature sickle, mobile phone, and a display stand set. Released in March 2016, it captures Celty in her characteristic all-black rider suit with fabric elements for enhanced realism.
