Plex presents the legendary giant Ideon from Densetsu Kyojin Ideon (Space Runaway Ideon) as a Jumbo Soft Vinyl Figure at 1/144 scale, standing approximately 730mm tall. The figure is crafted from acrylic, PP, and PVC materials. Densetsu Kyojin Ideon is a 1980 anime television series produced by Sunrise, created and directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino immediately following his work on Mobile Suit Gundam. The series premiered on TV Tokyo from 1980 to 1981, followed by two feature films in 1982. Mechanical designs were created by Yuichi Higuchi at Studio Submarine, with character designs by Tomonori Kogawa. The series won the Animage Anime Grand Prix prize for the second half of 1980. At approximately 730mm tall, this jumbo soft vinyl figure captures the imposing presence of the Ideon mecha in impressive scale.
