Art Storm and Fewture collaborated to produce this Lilics line figure of Chii from Chobits in a maid version at 1/6 scale. The figure was sculpted by G.O. based on original character designs by Clamp, standing approximately 150mm tall and crafted from ABS and PVC. Chii is the central character of Clamp's Chobits, a manga and anime series set in a near-future world where personal computers called persocoms take human form. Chii is a persocom discovered in the trash by protagonist Hideki Motosuwa, and throughout the series she gradually develops emotions and self-awareness while the story explores themes of love between humans and machines. The maid costume is a popular alternate outfit associated with the character. Released on April 30, 2006, and originally priced at 6,477 JPY, this figure represents an early-era collectible from the mid-2000s figure market. The collaboration between Art Storm and Fewture brought Clamp's iconic character designs into three-dimensional form with the involvement of the original creative team.
