Boshi Jizo Mini - White Russia (Honda Koji Shokai)

Honda Koji Shokai presents the Boshi Jizo Mini in the White Russia colorway, standing approximately 70mm tall. This prepainted figure was released in January 2023 as a limited edition available through BOOTH. Jizo, or Ksitigarbha, is a beloved Bodhisattva figure in Japanese Buddhist tradition, revered as a protector of children and travelers. Stone jizo statues are common throughout Japan, particularly on mountain passes and roadsides. On Sado Island's Nashinoki Pass, thousands of small jizo statues, also called Koboshi, surround a hall where locals gather annually on August 24 for the Jizo Festival, chanting Shingon mantras through the night. The figure measures 70mm in height and was produced as a limited edition by Honda Koji Shokai, offered exclusively through the BOOTH platform.
