Chara'ft collaborates with Shirakawa Daruma Shouhonpo to present Pinoko from Osamu Tezuka's Black Jack as a traditional daruma figure. Standing at just 4cm tall, this unique collectible is crafted from clay and paper, blending the traditional Japanese daruma form with a beloved anime character. Pinoko is the loyal assistant and self-proclaimed wife of Black Jack, the brilliant but unlicensed surgeon from Tezuka's landmark medical drama manga. In the series, Pinoko was constructed by Black Jack from a teratoma cyst, giving her the appearance of a young child despite claiming to be eighteen years old. She serves as Black Jack's assistant, managing his household and providing emotional support throughout his medical adventures. This daruma-style figure reimagines Pinoko in the rounded, weighted form of a traditional Japanese wishing doll, created through a collaboration between Chara'ft and the historic Shirakawa Daruma Shouhonpo.
