SEGA's EX Figure line Vol.2 presents Black Jack from the classic medical manga series Black Jack. This prepainted figure captures the iconic unlicensed surgeon in collectible form as part of SEGA's figure offerings. Black Jack, created by legendary manga artist Osamu Tezuka, follows the story of Kuroo Hazama, a brilliant but unlicensed surgeon who operates outside the medical establishment. Disfigured by a childhood explosion that killed his mother and left him with distinctive facial scars and two-toned skin, Black Jack charges exorbitant fees for his miraculous surgical skills while maintaining a complex moral code. Accompanied by his adopted daughter Pinoko, he takes on cases that conventional doctors cannot solve. Standing approximately 195mm tall, this SEGA EX Figure Vol.2 was originally released as a prize figure in Japan. It represents one of several Black Jack figures produced across various manufacturers, including variants from Chara'ft and a 50th anniversary pure gold edition.
