NECA's Resident Evil Series 1 features Sheva Alomar from Biohazard 5, known in Western markets as Resident Evil 5. This line was NECA's first and only series of Resident Evil 5 figurines, comprising just three figures total. The series was later re-released in Japan as part of the BIOHAZARD 5 ALTERNATIVE EDITION corresponding to the game's Gold Edition. In Resident Evil 5, Sheva is a BSAA agent who partners with series veteran Chris Redfield to investigate a biological weapons threat in Africa. The figure was sculpted by Adrienne Smith and represents one of the few collectible figure releases of Sheva Alomar from this entry in the long-running survival horror franchise.
