Medicom Toy's Vinyl Collectible Dolls series pays tribute to Andy Warhol, the predominant figure of the Pop Art movement and one of the most influential artists of the twentieth century. This Normal Version, numbered 202 in the VCD lineup, was released in 2012 as a limited edition collectible. Warhol was a painter, graphic artist, illustrator, sculptor, screenwriter, film producer, director, and actor — a creative polymath whose silkscreen works at The Factory redefined the art world. The figure reflects his iconic aesthetic, referencing his groundbreaking silkscreen printing process that transformed commercial imagery into fine art and challenged traditional boundaries between high and low culture. Standing approximately 235mm (about 9 inches) tall, this PVC figure features interchangeable heads with 60s and 80s hair options, allowing collectors to customize the display. It also includes a removable banana accessory — a nod to Warhol's famous Velvet Underground album cover design.
