Priced at 18,000 JPY, this figure was released as part of Hot Toys' Comic Masterpiece line. Friend is the mysterious antagonist of 20th Century Boys, a figure who orchestrates a cult-like movement and threatens society using prophecies from a childhood game. The character's true identity is a central mystery of the series, with the figure reflecting this duality through interchangeable heads including a Fukube character head and a Katsumata symbolic head. The figure also includes two masks — a Ninja Hattori-Kun mask and a National Kid mask — referencing the character's disguise motifs. The figure comes equipped with a laser gun, robot remote controller, bent spoon, and a Space Special Investigation Corps badge. Accessories include the Book of Prophecies and New Book of Prophecies made from authentic paper and wire with original Japanese contents, plus a Weekly Big Comic Spirits magazine featuring the 20th Century Boys story.
